The gowns were focal points during the show as brides gathered at the booth to see the dresses up close and also talk with the models about the gowns as they walked the showcase. One of the models was showcasing our Superior Gown from our Spiritual Design Collection and the other was featuring our Harmony Gown from our Starlight Collection. Carmen feels it is very important to be able to talk with others in the beauty industry. She has also taken her staff to Global Connection in California so that they can learn, be inspired and interact with other top Stylists in our industry. Carmen has received her diploma as a Wella and Davines Master Colourist, Eufora’s PhD (Professional Hairdressers Diploma), Master Finishing, Foundations Cutting I, Foundations Cutting II, Razor Cutting and also Carmen attends ESON (Eufora Salon Owners Network) regularly to keep up on upcoming cutting, styles and business techniques.Īs the Owner of Montage Salon and Spa, Carmen encourages her staff to also continue educating themselves in the industry with ongoing classes. To be able to give them the best of the industry, she is always attending ongoing training. She became the Owner of Montage Salon and Spa in 2005.Ĭarmen prides herself on always listening to her guests wants and needs. Carmen started her Hairstylist career in Waterloo, Ontario in 1998 before relocating back to the Goderich area in 2002.
